She wants you to paint what inspires YOU. Vickie Nelson is an international artist and teacher living in Camas, WA. In addition to having earned her signature status in multiple art societies including NWS, WW, TWSA, NWWS, TWS and LWS, she’s been featured in several of the SPLASH series and other North Light Books publications, as well as The Art of Watercolour, Watercolor Magazine, and many other national & international publications. She was nominated “teacher of excellence” by Clark College, Vancouver, WA, and has been a respected workshop instructor through-out the Pacific Northwest for 30 years “When I first discovered watercolor painting, there was instant passion.
